Hot meals are served each weekday at local churches. Normally, they are sit-down meals, but during the COVID outbreak, they are “take out.” Just pull up in your car, or in some cases come to the door, and let them know how many people.

YCAP operates three emergency shelters for homeless families with children, one in Newberg. Homeless families in need of emergency shelter should schedule an appointment with a case manager. Shelter services include case management, self-sufficiency information, and referral services.

Youth Outreach is a drop-in center in Newberg for at-risk, homeless, or runaway youth to hang out with supervising adults. Drop-In provides essential social services, and counseling and meets physical needs at no cost.

Youth Outreach has safe, free emergency shelter services for youth ages 11-17 who have run away or are homeless.
The SafeShelter program helps homeless youth by placing them in a host home to get them back home again.

The dental clinic serves children ages 0-21 and pregnant women. Healthcare services are available on a sliding fee scale. Most major insurance carriers are accepted.
