E-Friday Folder

The Electronic Friday Folder is designed to connect families with opportunities for students in our community. This online format replaces paper flyers in your student's backpack. Please use the web links to the right to search for events, afterschool classes and activities, school events, informational flyers and sports/recreation events and opportunities.

Guidelines for posting information

1. All flyers intended for students and their families must be approved by the school district.
2. Content must be relevant to Newberg area students and their families.
3. All flyers, brochures or posters from organizations other than the school administrator or district, require approval.
4. Please make sure grammar, spelling and punctuation are correct.
5. All announcements must include a contact name and telephone number.
6. Spanish translation is required for printed copies placed in schools.
7. Please make sure to have your flyers submitted by Monday before the Friday you want them promoted.

Approved flyers, brochures and information will be posted in the E-Friday Folder on the district website. 

Organizations may request that printed copies be placed in school offices (30 copies per school - supplied by organization) as well as online. Only documents that are in Spanish and English may be posted in school offices or information racks.

Commercial advertisements directed at staff, students, parents or other groups will not be distributed without prior approval according to policy guidelines in Board Policies KI and KJ
