Student Enrollment

You may enroll online or in person at your school! Find your school's phone and geographic boundaries number using this list. Most schools will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but hours may vary. The online process is available below. Please do not use a mobile phone, as the system is not designed to be used on one. 

Online Registration Process 

• If you are a new family to Newberg-Dundee, create a ParentVUE Account using this link, select "Create New Account" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• If you are a current Newberg-Dundee family enrolling a kindergartner, please enroll your kindergartener using your ParentVUE account and you will click on Verification/Change Student Information. For detailed instructions on how to enroll your kindergartner, visit the Kindergarten Registration web page.

• As we prepare for each school year, families should verify their child(ren)'s enrollment information through the parent portal, ParentVUE. This yearly process was previously done with paper forms.
• You must have an active ParentVUE account for this process. If you have forgotten your ParentVUE password click here.
• If you never logged into ParentVUE you will need an Activation Key code, please contact your school if you do not have one. (Call your school using the numbers on this list. )

 

Students attend elementary and middle schools based on geographical boundaries. Please see the PDF maps of your school boundaries on this web page, or contact First Student, our bus provider, at 503-863-2633. The bus dispatchers can tell you your assigned school and whether your address qualifies for bus transportation. If you have any questions, please call 503-554-5000. Note: We no longer use Guide K12 for boundary information.
