Baseline concussion testing is required each school year. Fall student-athletes need to attend testing on MONDAY, AUGUST 12 in the NHS West Commons at the designated time for each sport. Click HERE for the testing schedule. Students should bring a laptop or Chromebook. Winter and/or spring participants do not need to test at this time. There will be additional testing sessions scheduled each season.
Reminder that all students must have a current sports physical on file. Physicals are good for two years. Click HERE for a copy of the physical form.
Sports Fees: Please check back in August for payment information. We are not able to accept payments for next year until the current year is closed out.
Fall sports officially begin on Monday, August 19. All students who plan to participate must be fully registered before they will be allowed to participate or try out.
