- Adding a new software that combines fiscal and human resources data to create comprehensive, interdepartmental assessments of financial performance

- Eastern Oregon University, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with Minors in Rhetorical Writing and Public Finance

Hobbies: Bixby enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading true crime novels.

Family: She has three amazing sons: a firefighter, an HVAC technician, and a mechanic.
Background: The daughter of an artist and a State Director with the Bureau of Land Management, Bixby grew up in Alaska with two of her five brothers. She came to Oregon to attend college.
