As we approach the end of 2023, I want to take a moment to express my appreciation to each of you. Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to our students have been the cornerstone of our district's success.
The past year has brought its own set of challenges, yet you have risen to meet them with grace and professionalism. Your ability to adapt, innovate, and keep our students' best interests at heart is inspiring. Because of you, our students have continued to thrive in an environment that is nurturing, challenging, and supportive.
As we head into the holiday season, I encourage you all to take this time to rest, recharge, and spend precious moments with family, friends, and loved ones. The work we do is incredibly important, but it is equally important to take care of ourselves and enjoy the warmth and joy of the season.
I hope this break provides you with the relaxation and happiness you deserve. Let us come back refreshed and ready to give our all to our students, continuing our mission of student growth and achievement.
Wishing you a joyful, peaceful, and restorative holiday break.
With Gratitude,
Steve W. Phillips, Superintendent
