Your main mission/what gets you excited about tech: The constant change and introduction of new technology.

Experience: IT Intern -> College Tutor -> Teacher -> IT 

Education: Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arizona and working toward my Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Arizona State University.

Hobbies: Learning Japanese, asking on Reddit why Japanese has three different alphabets; and video games.

Three of your main daily tasks: My main focus is on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving tech-related issues.

One long-term project: I haven't started any long-term work-related projects, but in my personal time, I have started programming and designing my own remote-controlled model plane from scratch.

Your main mission/what gets you excited about tech: I love problem-solving and simply making things work

Experience:

  • 1 year as a Help Desk Technician 
  • 6 years of building, selling, and troubleshooting/repairing PC parts and gaming computers

Education: 

Two Associate Degrees from Portland Community College

Working toward a bachelor's degree in computer science from Western Governors University
