Newberg-Dundee Public Schools offers vaccines, treats illnesses, and provides mental health support for students at our School-Based Health Center. The Health Center is in Building K on the Newberg High School campus, at 2400 Douglas Ave.
The Health Center is open to patients who are 5 to 22 years old and live in the Newberg-Dundee area. Walk-ins are welcome from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Call for an appointment at 971-231-5833.
Parents must be present for students younger than 14. Please bring a medical insurance card if you have one. No student will be turned away for an inability to pay for vaccines.
