Communications Survey Results Available

We received 152 responses.
  • Most respondents (89.4%) were parents, and 24% were employees (many of whom are also parents).
  • Respondents, who could click multiple options, preferred messaging via email (74.4%) and text (55.9%).
  • The two main social media platforms used are Facebook (75.5%) and Instagram (20.9%), with Twitter (1.8%) and YouTube (1.8%) distant runners-up.
  • Most respondents preferred to receive the newsletter weekly (more than 60%). The preferred day to receive the newsletter was Friday (40%), with Monday being the second most popular and Wednesday being the third most popular. The remaining responses were split fairly evenly.
  • Most respondents felt that communications were informative (33%) or that they were informative but needed improvement (60%). The biggest areas to improve were, in this order: timeliness of important messaging (60.5%), relevance of the material (30%), and factual/grammatical accuracy (9.5%).
