Dundee Parent Club

Parent Group

Welcome!

The Parent Club meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the school library (no meetings July and August).

Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Dundee Parent Club to provide an enhanced educational and extra-curricular experience for the students of Dundee Elementary. The Dundee Parent Club will achieve this goal by encouraging parent participation in the classroom, activities, teacher support, and fundraising programs.

What is Parent Club

Parent Club is a group of parents and staff members helping make our children’s elementary school the best it can be. We raise money through fundraisers to pay for all field trips, Outdoor School, assemblies, many technology purchases and much more. We rely on fundraising to fund all of these programs. Dundee Parent Club is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  All parents and staff members are welcome (and encouraged) to help achieve our goals. Anyone can voice their opinion at a Parent Club meeting.

Parent Club meetings are a great way to learn about what is happening at Dundee Elementary and how students are impacted. It is also a great way to meet the parents and staff at Dundee Elementary, developing new relationships while having a positive impact on our local community through your volunteerism.

How You Can Get Involved

Join the Parent Club and participate in our monthly meetings. These meetings are “big picture” get-togethers that foster communication within the organization. Monthly results of various fundraisers and financials are discussed as well as decisions on spending for our various programs.

Want to get into the nuts and bolts of Parent Club? Join a committee! There are many committees that need your help and input. Some committees plan the successful execution of all our events. Other committees make financial decisions and recommendations to support our classrooms. These are then voted on by the Parent Club body. Share your insights, suggestions, time, and energy in supporting and generating high quality programs and activities for all Dundee Elementary students.
